Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
